When visiting Kauai, this is an event you dont want to miss. This spectacular extravaganza begins with the Imu Ceremony, a traditional unearthing of the roasted pig from its underground oven. You'll enjoy complimentary topical cocktails as you listen to hawaiian music. Enjoy a traditional hawaiian buffet consisting of hawaiian food, fruits, salad and our local hawaiian favorite, Poi (taro). After dinner, the lights will go out and our show will begin.
